rev MoneyWall^™ End User Access Agreement

Effective Date: 27^th May 2025

These Terms govern your use of the rev MoneyWall^™ database (“Database”) made available through [Licensee Name] (“we” or “us”) via our website at [Website URL]. By accessing or using the Database, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Database.

1. Access Rights
   1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and view the Database for your own personal or internal business research purposes only.
   2. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any content in the Database without prior written consent from us or the owner of the Database.
2. Ownership
   1. All intellectual property rights in the Database remain the property of Pitchflix Limited or its licensors.
   2. Access to the Database does not give you ownership of any intellectual property or proprietary rights in the Database or its contents.
3. Restrictions
   You agree not to:
   • (a) download, scrape, extract, or systematically retrieve data from the Database;
   • (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Database;
   • (c) use the Database to create a competing product or service;
   • (d) provide access to any third party other than as expressly permitted by us.
      
4. No Warranties
   1. The Database is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We and Pitchflix Limited disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
   2. We do not warrant that the Database or its access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
5. Liability Limitation
   1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and Pitchflix Limited shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the Database.
   2. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Database shall not exceed £100.
6. Privacy and Compliance
   1. Your use of the Database may involve the processing of personal data. Any such processing will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.pitchflix.tv/privacy-cookies-policy/.
   2. You must comply with all applicable laws in using the Database.
   3. You acknowledge and consent that:
      • – Your registration data (if registration is required) may be used for general commercial purposes.

7. Termination

   2. These Terms are governed by English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
